Exchange and Return Policy
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or non-defective return authorization number which is required for all exchanges and returns. If you refuse a delivery or require a non-defective return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If an item is being exchanged or returned, it must be in it's original packaging with all the tags and not show any signs of wear. Please try boots on in a carpeted area.
Defective Return Policy
All defective returns MUST have a return authorization number issued by Larry's Boots which will be emailed within one business day. Larry's Boots reserves the right to make Final Determination on defective mechandise. All Shipping fees are non-refundable. We DO NOT give refunds for defective merchandise. All defective merchandise will be replaced.
Return Authorization
If a defective return is necessary, please contact us at 573-446-9023 so we can furnish you a return authorization number to place on the package and the correct address to which the order is to be returned. Our customer service personel are available Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm CDT. When calling for an RA# we will need your name, item brand and style, what the defect is and your contact information you used on your original order so we can locate you in our system. If the merchandise is returned without a return authorization number, it will be refused and returned to you postage due. Normally, this is a very smooth process.
We try very hard to do a very good job. We will make every effort to solve any problem that might pop up and ask that you give us that chance. We're not happy if you're not happy!
